This fantastic PSA 7 example is one of only 23 1971 Topps Baseball Cello packs ever authenticated and graded by PSA. Compare that to 454, or nearly 20 times as many, from the year prior, 1970. Issued for the serious card collector in 1971 (of which there were few), this pack contains 30 cards (and a stick of bubble gum) with an original issue price of 25 cents. Rumor has it that 1971 Topps cards were printed in extremely limited quantities due to disappointing sales in 1970.
