The first Topps “parallel” set, consisting of all 660 cards in the regular issue 1975 Topps set, in miniature size! These were released in only a few geographic markets during their year of issue, and although wax offerings are rather common, 1975 mini packs are rather scarce. This PSA 8 example has HOF Rod Carew showing on top, adding star power to its awesome unopened state.
