Long time ago we had a customer who had a poor example of this card and his comment was “I like the fact that this card is kind of beat up and old. Kind of matches where Satch was at in his career at the time.” There are only a small number of cards that Paige had at the time. 1948 Leaf, 1949 Bowman, and 1953 Topps. If you’re on a limited budget, this is probably the best one within reason you can afford.
