This box contains 24 unopened packs of cards printed by the Dynamic Toys Company. The cards themselves are oversized cards and contain characters from various cartoons such as Disney, Popeye, and Barbie. The PSA population report shows it has never graded a pack from this issue. Single raw packs occasionally pop up for sale, but not often. This is the first full box of them we have seen here at BBCE. Exceedingly rare unopened box!
